Virginia Thompson: Prep Coordinator:
Julie spent 1 hour with the Prep students at Newport Gardens Primary School. She engaged them through literature and fun activities. They loved her energetic and enthusiastic personality as she read books and danced to music. Julie explained her role as an author and the process she undertakes to write books. We highly recommend Julie to other schools, you were amazing! Thank you.
Beth Cregan: Director of Write Away With Me
Julie shared a fascinating talk to our young writers group. The kids found her book making process from spark to sparkle particularly interesting, and her accompanying activities were loads of fun.
Eileen Loudon: Former Youth Services Librarian at Monash Public Library Service and current Australian Librarian and Information Association Victoria State Manager.
